Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PPC TNT platform, including our websites at ppctnt.com and app.ppctnt.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by PPC TNT ("PPC TNT", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. The Service

PPC TNT provides PPC ad-performance tracking, attribution reporting, and bulk landing-page tools for home-service businesses and the agencies that serve them. You may connect third-party accounts (such as ad platforms, CRMs, and call-tracking providers) to enable certain features. We may add, change, or remove features from time to time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law or third-party right.
• Access or use another user's account or workspace without authorization.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service except as permitted by law.
• Upload malicious code or use the Service to send spam or unlawful content.
• Resell or sublicense the Service except under an authorized agency or reseller arrangement.

4. Third-party integrations

When you connect a third-party service, your use of that service is governed by its own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions necessary to connect those accounts and share their data with us. We are not responsible for third-party services or for any changes to their availability or functionality.

5. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method until you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.

6. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you provide and the campaigns you create.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by PPC TNT and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights in the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that attribution and reporting results will be complete or accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PPC TNT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PPC TNT from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which PPC TNT is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
