Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how PPC TNT ("PPC TNT", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use our PPC ad-performance tracking and bulk landing-page platform, including our websites at ppctnt.com and app.ppctnt.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information — your name, email address, password, business name, and business type when you register.
- Billing information — processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Content you create — landing pages, workspace settings, and other data you add to the Service.
Information from connected integrations
When you connect a third-party account (such as Google Ads, Meta, Housecall Pro, Jobber, GoHighLevel, CallRail, ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, or Stripe), we access and store data from that account that is needed to provide the Service — for example call records, jobs, invoices, ad campaigns, and ad spend. We only request the permissions necessary to operate the features you enable.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — pages viewed, features used, and actions taken within the Service.
- Device & log data — IP address, browser type, operating system, and timestamps.
- Cookies — used to keep you signed in and to understand how the Service is used.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including attribution and reporting.
- To authenticate you and secure your account and workspaces.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
- To improve and develop new features.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:
- Service providers — vendors who help us run the Service (for example hosting, database, and payment processing), bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Connected platforms — when you direct us to send or retrieve data to or from an integration you have authorized.
- Within your organization — agency and workspace members you have granted access to.
- Legal reasons — when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PPC TNT, our users, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
4. Google API Services — Limited Use
When you connect a Google account (for example to link Google Ads), PPC TNT requests only the
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords scope, and uses the data we receive solely to
provide and improve the in-product features you enable — importing ad campaigns and ad spend,
attribution and reporting, and (where you turn it on) syncing conversions back to your account.
PPC TNT's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not transfer it to others except as necessary to provide the Service, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition. You can disconnect your Google account at any time from your workspace settings, which revokes our access.
5. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and workspace-level isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights and choices
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us or through your account settings.
- Disconnect any integration at any time from your workspace settings.
- Opt out of non-essential emails using the unsubscribe link.
- Request a copy of your data, subject to applicable law.
8. International users
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
9. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
11. Contact us
